This organic, fair trade coffee is grown on the Alto Mayo Co-Op and is wet processed and sun dried on ancient Incan terra cotta bricks. It boasts a smooth body and a crisp acidity with a sweet floral aroma and good chocolate and fruit tones with a crisp, balanced aftertaste.
